What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Do l need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe. To change regions, simply click on the region icon near the Cart on the top right corner of the website and select from the list of shipping destinations. We will continue to launch shipping to other regions.
How long does it usually take for the parcel to arrive?
Usually, the standard transportation may take 5 to 7 business days for the parcel to arrive in most countries or your place.
What is your return policy?
- We only accept returns within 7 days from receiving the order.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
How is the product warranty handled?
Dear customer, in case of any quality problems with the product during the warranty period, you need to provide the proof of purchase and apply for the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, and then return the product according to the regulations. We will inspect it and repair, replace or refund according to the situation. However, the warranty does not cover faults caused by improper use, etc., and we are not responsible for any issues during transportation.

What is the application of the privacy policy after leaving the store website?

How do l reset my password?
You can request a new password, by clicking here and selecting “I Forgot My Password” where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. Your data is completely safe.
