A Touch of Quality You Can Feel

I thought the card reader was made of plastic, but its metallic feel made me fall in love with it instantly.

Great CFexpresstype-A card reader

Great CFexpresstype-A card reader. I ordered it directly on Chipfancier's website and received within around 10 days.
Had the choice between a cheap usb-c card reader ( 20gbps ) and this one, I decided to go with the Chipfancier card reader as,it's the only one that features a thunderbolt protocol. This allows you to simply plug your cfexpress card and edit directly on it. Apart from that, the speed transfert is as fast as you can expect from a thunderbolt module, the only con I'm currently seeing while using it is that this car reader get hot pretty quick. Some sort of a fan integrated into the card reader would have been perfect. Other than that, amazing product. Let's see if it'll work as long as my Sony camera is alive

Ideal for High-Resolution Workflows

Sure, it's almost the cheapest USB 4.0 card reader on the market. With a 320GB card, data transfer is lightning fast, so I can finally shoot uncompressed RAW files without any worries.
