Orders Processing Time
Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Once orders are placed, they ship within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Regions
We offer shipping to the regions below. Check the estimated time for delivery and the shipping rate. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@chipfancier.com.
Gift Cards
There are no shipping fees for our digital gift cards. At this time we do not offer physical gift cards. All gift cards are final sale. No returns or refunds will be permitted.
Cancelling Your Order
We ship orders quickly. Cancellation of orders must be made before your order has shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact us by email: support@chipfancier.com.
Note: If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Duties & Taxes
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that chipfancier does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not responsible for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Multiple Address
Please place a separate order for each shipping address you wish to use if you would like items to ship to different destinations.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on chipfancier.com the package will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the item in original condition/original packaging, you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
NOTE
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery dates; any delivery delay or issue is solely the responsibility of the shipping company but will be investigated by ourselves.
If your order shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please email support@chipfancier.com within 7 working days of the delivery date. Any items reported as lost past this period will be denied for replacement or refund.
