Orders Processing Time
Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Once orders are placed, they ship within 1-3 business days.

- We provide free shipping for all orders within the United States and Europe.
- However, the following areas in the US and Europe are exceptions and do not qualify for free shipping (please refer to the "Charging Area" below for details).

3.Shipping Fees for Other Regions:
- For orders outside of the United States, Europe, and the non - shipping areas, a flat shipping fee of $3.99 will be applied.

International Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries around the world. However, due to the nature of global logistics, international delivery times and conditions may vary depending on the destination country, local customs procedures, and the final-mile courier services in your region.
Once your package leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the international carrier, the responsibility for the safe and timely delivery falls to the shipping provider. Please be aware that:
- We are not liable for any delivery delays caused by customs clearance, local holidays, weather disruptions, or other logistical factors beyond our control.
- Final-mile delivery (last-mile services) is managed by your local courier, and we have no authority over how or when it is delivered once it reaches your country.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or marked as “delivered” but cannot be located. These situations must be resolved directly with the logistics carrier responsible for final delivery in your area.
If you encounter any issues with your shipment (e.g. tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, or the package appears to be lost or stolen), we strongly recommend that you:
- using the tracking information provided.
- with the logistics provider for investigation and potential compensation.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues related to final-mile delivery once the package has left our hands and is in transit internationally.

Cancelling Your Order
We ship orders quickly. Cancellation of orders must be made before your order has shipped.

Duties & Taxes
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will beresponsible for. Please note that chipfancier does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not responsible for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Multiple Address
Please place a separate order for each shipping address you wish to use if you would like items to ship to different destinations.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on chipfancier.com the package will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the item in original condition/original packaging, you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
NOTE
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery dates; any delivery delay or issue is solely the responsibility of the shipping company but will be investigated by ourselves.
If your order shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please email support@chipfancier.com within 7 working days of the delivery date. Any items reported as lost past this period will be denied for replacement or refund.
Customs duties: Customs duties for different markets are borne by the customer.
