Orders Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Once orders are placed, they ship within 1-3 business days.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (1–3 Business Days) + Transit Time

Estimated transit times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • European Union Countries: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Singapore: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

United States

Free standard shipping is available for all orders shipped to eligible U.S. addresses.

United Kingdom

A flat shipping fee of USD $3.99 applies to all orders.

Other Supported Countries and Regions

A flat shipping fee ranging from USD $6.99 to $9.99 will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

All applicable duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in the order total at checkout for eligible destinations under our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service.

Under DDP terms, we take full responsibility for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance on behalf of the customer. In most cases, no additional charges will be required upon delivery.

Please note that customs procedures may vary by country. In rare cases where additional information is required for customs clearance, the carrier may contact the customer directly.

5. Non-Shipping Destinations

We currently do not ship to:

  • Iran
  • Syria
  • Cuba
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • China

Additional restrictions may apply based on carrier limitations, sanctions regulations, or local import requirements.

International Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries around the world. However, due to the nature of global logistics, international delivery times and conditions may vary depending on the destination country, local customs procedures, and the final-mile courier services in your region.

Once the order is shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier and local courier services.:

  • Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
  • Final-mile delivery (last-mile services) is managed by your local courier, and we have no authority over how or when it is delivered once it reaches your country.
  • We will work with customers and shipping providers to help resolve delivery-related issues whenever possible.

    If you encounter any issues with your shipment (e.g. tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, or the package appears to be lost or stolen), we strongly recommend that you:
  1. using the tracking information provided.
  2. with the logistics provider for investigation and potential compensation.

For international delivery issues, we will review each case individually and assist customers in communicating with the shipping provider when necessary.

Cancelling Your Order

We ship orders quickly. Cancellation of orders must be made before your order has shipped.

Note:Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout. For certain regions and shipping options, applicable taxes and duties are collected during checkout and will be paid by us on behalf of the customer.

For orders where taxes and duties are not prepaid, any customs charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies and import fees vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Multiple Address

Please place a separate order for each shipping address you wish to use if you would like items to ship to different destinations.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on chipfancier.com the package will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the item in original condition/original packaging, you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

NOTE

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery dates; any delivery delay or issue is solely the responsibility of the shipping company but will be investigated by ourselves.

If your order shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please email support@chipfancier.com within 7 working days of the delivery date. Any items reported as lost past this period will be denied for replacement or refund.
